Expense of SKA , SKT Costlier from SBU

Chief LPJKD Kaltim in interview in daily newspaper of Metro , Assuming policy of SBU , SKT And difficult SKA in vanishing, with reason of that many law and regulation which must in fox and is needing time which is longtime, but LPJKD do not slap down that expense which must be released by entrepreneur to make SKA and costlier SKT from SBU, So why LPJKD do not act profession association which dare to release SKA and SKT without doing Training is such as those which wanted by Service Construction lawmaker ?
